I’m a military wife, mom to a five-year-old, two-year-old, and one-year-old. We’re “Midwest Transplants” from Wisconsin living in sunny San Diego and enjoy any sort of outside time together and house projects.

I’m a SAHWM (stay-at-home-working-mama), and do my best to be authentic & share the raw details of health & wellness, mommyhood, and a few favorite passions & hobbies here. The main reason I started this blog was to share tips, tricks, and overall life lessons with other women of the world as I go about my daily life…with the intention of inspiring & empowering them in even the smallest way.
